Who am I?
Hey, I’m Grace!
I’m from Morrinsville, and I’ve been on a bit of a journey since I started taking fitness seriously in 2022. It’s taken me in directions I didn’t expect—and completely changed how I see things.
I’ve always been into sport—swimming, netball, soccer—but these days, you’ll find me deep into powerlifting and hybrid training. There’s something about pushing limits and learning what your body’s really capable of that keeps me coming back.
Outside the gym, I’m into long walks, good books, and catching up with friends. You’ll usually find me either training upper body or coaching a class (with a coffee not far away).
There’s more to it than just lifting weights—and I’m always keen to chat if you’re curious.

$25 - $35 /person
Two people, one solid workout. Stay motivated, push each other, and get a session tailored to both of your goals and fitness levels.
$20 - $30 /person
Three’s not a crowd—it’s a powerhouse! Train with friends, challenge each other, and make fitness fun while still getting personalised coaching.
